01The challenge
The client needed a centralized platform to manage logistics operations, staff activities, operational records, and business reporting. Existing workflows relied heavily on manual processes and disconnected tools, making it difficult for executives and managers to maintain oversight, track performance, and enforce operational accountability.

We designed and developed LedgerFlow, a Progressive Web Application (PWA) that streamlines operational management through role-based access control, centralized record keeping, reporting tools, and administrative oversight capabilities. The platform features dedicated dashboards for executives and managers, secure user management, activity tracking, and operational reporting, enabling organizations to manage day-to-day logistics workflows from a single system.
